These Terms apply to use of Oraks and this website. By using Oraks, you agree to use the app responsibly and follow applicable platform rules.

1. App Use

Oraks is provided for personal entertainment. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to manipulate rankings, or access systems in an unauthorized way.

2. Rankings and User Content

If you submit a leaderboard score, your nickname, score, and related ranking data may be displayed to other users. A selected profile image is shown to other users only after a safety review and approval. The App may reject a nickname before publication using an automated word filter, but no filter can identify every inappropriate name. Do not submit names or images that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringe another person's rights.

3. Reports, Blocking, and Moderation

Users can report a leaderboard player for an inappropriate nickname, inappropriate profile image, suspicious score, or another listed safety reason. Reports are reviewed manually and do not automatically penalize the reported player or change a score or rank. Blocking is a personal display control: it hides the blocked player's nickname and profile image only for the blocking user, while the blocked player's score and rank remain visible and unchanged.

To protect users and the integrity of the leaderboard, the developer may review reports and leaderboard activity, hide or replace an inappropriate nickname or profile image, and investigate, correct, reset, or remove a suspicious score or related ranking record. The developer may not be able to provide an individual response or outcome for every report.

4. Purchases and Optional Rewarded Ads

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App may offer optional rewarded advertisements to users who confirm that they are at least 16 years old. Unity LevelPlay mediates these requests, and Unity Ads is the only currently enabled advertising network. Advertising availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on network availability, device, region, privacy choices, platform requirements, and advertising account status. When an advertising offer identifies an in-app reward, the reward is provided only after the App receives a valid reward-completion signal. Users may not use bots, automation, repeated fraudulent interactions, or other methods to generate invalid ad requests, impressions, clicks, or rewards. Refunds and billing issues are handled according to the platform where the purchase was made. For information about advertising-related data processing, see the App's Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

The app may change over time, and features such as rankings, rewards, events, or specific games may be updated, paused, or removed.
